    When Fitter and Faster tour came to Oakland, it was a once in a lifetime experience for everyone involved. The Parents were treated to an enlightining talk from Cal coaches Dave Durden and Greg Meehan that was invaluable. For all the swimmers the day was a perfect balance between learning elite techniques, and having fun interacting with some of the worlds greatest swimmers and coaches. We can't wait for the Tour to come back next year! Coach Ben Sheppard

    Just wanted to say what a great afternoon my two girls (10 & 8) had yesterday afternoon at Riverdell Swim Club - Ian Crocker & Chloe Sutton were fabulous with the kids, and kept them entertained and interested even in pretty cold conditions. The talks they gave were informative and helpful, and the in water drills and tips were excellent. Thanks for a great time - would recommend this experience to anyone who has a kid that likes to swim.

    I attended that Fitter and Faster tour at Riverside, NJ yesterday and I had a blast. I met Ian Crocker and Chole Sutton and they are really cool. I swam Breastroke with Ian and came 2nd (after him of course). I had a really nice time and met a new friend by the name of David. I can't wait until next year to attend another one.
