    What a WONDERFUL inspiration Lacey Nymeyer was at the Holland, MI Fitter and Faster clinic. My 7 year old daughter was hanging on her every word. "Ride the Wave"..... To get to the highs, you have to work through the lows. A simple statement and a great lesson that even a young athlete with big dreams can focus on.

    I had a great time at the clinic. It was awesome meeting and swimming with Olympic swimmers Ian Crocker and Julia Smit. Lots of great swimming! I have been inspired to work harder in practice. I can't wait to go to another clinic!

    Thank you for putting on such a great event. Please convey to Lacey that my daughter's new moto is 1) I control my attitude and 2) I control my level of effort. That is something my daughter can apply to everything she does in life. I definitely appreciated that.

    I really thought the tour last year in Albuquerque was awesome. I had just joined the local swim team and after listening to Mark Gangloff and Lacey Nymeyer, I thought I could do my best too. It has been almost a year on the team and I love my teammates and hope to attend another Fitter and Faster tour soon.

    Just like Danny B. I watched Mark Gangloff on the FINA World Championships the other day. I am a 9 year old and I have videos of him and me swimming drills together at the Fitter and Faster tour in Albuquerque 2010. I really liked it when he told me about shopping at the warehouse for clothing for the Olympics. So cool!

    FitterFaster tour was so fun! We got to learn technique work from the Olympians and even race them. Yesterday, I saw Mark Gangloff on the World Championships and I can't believe I got to swim with him (last year at Fitter and Faster Tour). This is a cool program and I recommend it!
