Mark Gangloff, two-time Olympic gold medalist, believes that sports build good character and helps youth athletes develop into contributing community members. He credits who he has become, both as a swimmer and as a good citizen to being a, hard worker, good friend and outstanding teammate.

Mark believes that with a little support, the United States can not only, develop a community of hard working, healthy, happy and fit youth athletes, but it can also increase the number of competent swimmers, decrease the number of water tragedies, and continue to dominate in national and international swimming competition. Based on these hopes and dreams for the future of swimming and water safety in the United States, Mark developed Champion2Champion, a foundation that collects new and gently used swimming equipment from across the country to be donated to future champions in need.
