Ciao amici! That is hello my friends in Italian (practicing my rusty Italian every chance I get :). So, I have been in Italy for the last 5-6 weeks or so and can't get enough of it. We first went to the Mediterranean Games in Pescara which was AWESOME! Won 5 golds and swam pretty fast out there. Then we headed to beautiful Sardinia (italian island on the mediterranean sea). My training camp has been going great and we can't wait to head to Rome and start swimming FAAAAAST (Like my coach Dave Salo would say).

I will try to keep you guys updated as much as I can with what I am up to as I am preparing for these World Championships. Check out some of the pictures that we took during our trip.
