This FFT Performance Clinic is limited to no more than 50 participants ages 13 and up.
This session on Saturday afternoon on April 28, 2012 in Lake Orion, MI is a special FFT Performance Clinic. Only swimmers aged 13 and older are invited to participate. Below is some of the featured curriculum for this event:
- Swimming fast and getting the most out of every in-season performance
- Peaking at the right time and tapering
- Competition preparation - get an edge on your competitors
- Powerful breakouts and underwater dolphin kick
- Dryland exercises
- Proper nutrition and recovery
- Improve your swimming while outside the pool
- Participate in a FFT "Round Table" discussion with the Olympian clinicians
Your expert clinicians are Olympic Silver Medalist Julia Smit and World Record Holder Nick Thoman.
All attendees for this event receive a duffel bag various gifts.
